“It takes a village” to raise the students at Frazer Elementary, Canton, Ohio, math and science teacher Jessica Tsoufiou tells the packed school assembly upon receiving the prestigious Milken Educator Award for the 2014–15 season. And those students erupted in cheers as they witnessed Jessica being announced as the sole Award recipient for Ohio this year. Milken Educator Awards Senior Vice President Dr. Jane Foley—with the help of State Superintendent Dr. Richard Ross—delivered the life-changing news.
