Students Roar for 2014 Massachusetts Milken Educator Anthony Petrelis

“I teach because it’s my favorite thing in the world to do,” proclaims Anthony Petrelis, a fifth-grade teacher at McGlynn Elementary School in Medford, Massachusetts, and the first Milken Educator Award winner for the 2014–15 school year.  His students agree that his patience, dedication and passion make Anthony fit to lead.  Today, special guest Massachusetts Education Commissioner Mitchell Chester, local officials and the entire school got the opportunity to experience Anthony’s impact firsthand.
