Katherine Bobby Joins PA Milken Educators

It's a big day at Eagle View Elementary: Pennsylvania Secretary of Education Pedro A. Rivera is speaking at an all-school assembly to celebrate excellence in elementary education. But then he introduces Dr. Jane Foley, senior vice president of the Milken Educator Awards. She turns the presentation on its head with a huge Halloween surprise for third-grade teacher Katherine Bobby: Pennsylvania's 2018-19 Milken Educator Award and $25,000.
