The routine all-school assembly quickly takes an unexpected detour when special guest Lowell Milken, chairman and co-founder of the Milken Family Foundation, surprises math teacher Felicia Casto with a 2016-17 Milken Educator Award and $25,000, making the day Casto one will remember for the rest of her life.
