The students at West Goshen Elementary know it's a special day: Indiana Superintendent of Public Instruction Glenda Ritz is joining the morning assembly to congratulate them on their academic growth. But then she introduces Lowell Milken, chairman and co-founder of the Milken Family Foundation, who tells the students that one of their teachers is about to receive a big award. Who's the winner?
