There's a crowd of dignitaries visiting Kingsland Elementary to celebrate its Blue Ribbon School designation, including Arkansas Commissioner of Education Johnny Key and U.S. Senator John Boozman. But there's another reason for the assembly, which comes to light when Dr. Jane Foley, senior vice president of the Milken Educator Awards, surprises second-grade teacher Tasha Wilson with a Milken Educator Award and $25,000.
