Chad Downs Joins MI Milken Educators in Ann Arbor

There's a festive all-school assembly today at Ann Arbor Open, with Michigan Interim State Superintendent of Education Sheila Alles on hand to celebrate the school's excellent achievement with students and staff. But things take an unexpected turn when Dr. Jane Foley, senior vice president of the Milken Educator Awards, surprises third- and fourth-grade teacher Chad Downs with Michigan's 2018-19 Milken Educator Award.
