Watch as Milken Educator Awards Founder Lowell Milken, with the help of Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders and Department of Education Secretary Jacob Oliva, presents social studies teacher Andrew Harrison with an Arkansas Milken Award and $25,000.
