FALL RIVER, MASSACHUSETTS—When Principal and Assistant Superintendent Andrew Rebello kicked off today's assembly at Diman Regional Vocational Technical High School, he never expected that Milken Educator Awards Senior Vice President Dr. Jane Foley—with the help of Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education Commissioner Jeffrey C. Riley—would flip the script. To everyone’s surprise, the real purpose of the assembly was to honor Principal Rebello with a $25,000 Milken Educator Award for his leadership and dedication to the Diman community.
