Fourth-grade teacher Laurie Davies is affectionately known at her school as “The Data Queen” for her effective use of student facts to improve instruction. Her strategy is making a big impact on student learning with a large majority of her students exceeding targets on reading and math assessments and routinely outperforming their peers.
