Described as an outstanding male role model and a "born leader," fifth-grade teacher Anthony Petrelis works hard to instill confidence in his students so they can reach their full potential. Through strategies like project-based learning units and educational games, including the popular weekly multiplication races, his fifth-grade scores have risen above the state average.
