Second-grade teacher Angie Wytovich works passionately to tailor lesson plans for English Language Learners (ELL)—a skill that is vital to Buckland Mills, where up to 26 languages are spoken. Her strategies include collaborating with ELL teachers, utilizing translators, online forums and in-person discussions. She is said to have a “gift for galvanizing colleagues around a common goal of learning.”
