Oklahoma Superintendent of Public Instruction Joy Hofmeister is visiting Union 8th Grade Center to congratulate students, who will soon move on to high school. But there's another round of congratulations due, this time to one outstanding teacher! Watch as Superintendent Hofmeister and Milken Educator Awards Senior Program Director Greg Gallagher surprise science teacher Tamarah Danzy with an Oklahoma Milken Award and $25,000.
