Heather Haught Joins WV Milken Educators

West Virginia Superintendent of Schools W. Clayton Burch is visiting McNinch Primary School to congratulate students and staff on their efforts to promote positive behaviors. But then, changing directions, Mr. Burch introduces Milken Educator Awards Vice President Stephanie Bishop, who presents first grade teacher Heather Haught with a West Virginia Milken Award.
