"I wouldn't trade what I do for anything." March 28, 2024, is a day Assistant Principal Abbey Kidwell will never forget! At a thrilling assembly at Clinton Elementary School, we surprised her with Tennessee's sole 2023-24 "Oscar of Teaching," with help from Tennessee Commissioner of Education Lizzette Reynolds.

Abbey is passionate about supporting the growth of teachers and staff, creating an environment where CES students can thrive. She drives professional development, collaboration, and mentorship across her school and district, providing meaningful feedback and supervising the transfer of learning to the classroom.
