CO Math Teacher Felicia Casto Wins Milken Award

An emotional Felicia Casto blinks back tears as students and staff at Rim Rock Elementary continue their long standing ovation at Casto's surprise Milken Educator Award notification. As the enrichment teacher at Rim Rock, Casto works with students in kindergarten through fifth grade and also coaches the school's teachers. Dr. Katy Anthes (left), Colorado's commissioner of education, looks on with pride.
