New Mexico Governor Susana Martinez congratulates science teacher Colin DeGroot on winning the state's 2015-16 Milken Educator Award as distinguished guests look on. "Great teachers like Colin DeGroot challenge our students and inspire them to follow their dreams," Governor Martinez says. "Not only does he set a great example for our kids, but also every teacher in our state. I'm proud to have amazing teachers like Colin DeGroot in New Mexico's classrooms."
