Students crowd around Milken Educator Award Recipient Catherine Randall and Lowell Milken, chairman and co-founder of the Milken Family Foundation, to see the blue Award envelope embossed with her name. Randall’s third-grade students post impressive achievement scores: In the 2015 PARCC (Partnership for Assessment of Readiness for College and Careers) assessments, 100% reached Advanced or Mastery in mathematics, and 97% reached Advanced or Mastery in reading.
