Jennifer Reaves (WV '18) explains that West Virginia's Milken Educator Network has succeeded by aligning their vision with the state education department's goals. The group has been working alongside state leadership to nurture high school students interested in careers in education, including at the recent West Virginia Milken Educator Forum.
