The discussion on AME (Activating Milken Educators) continues with Alabama Milken Educators Dr. Dilhani Uswatte (AL '09) and Heather Hurt (AL '18), who lead the state's "MVP" program, or Milken Visionary Partnerships. "You can positively impact teacher retention and quality, including your own," says Heather. "It is about creating the desperately needed community for networking and growth for exceptional educators." Keeping with the "MVP" sports theme, they pass out foam fingers to remind Forum attendees of everyone's number one priority: students.
