"I know so many great things about Soaring Eagles Elementary," says Colorado Commissioner of Education Dr. Katy Anthes to students and staff. "I want you to know how proud I am of you and how proud the whole state of Colorado is of you." Then, changing course, she introduces a special guest from California—someone "who has chosen to focus his time and resources on improving education."
