Sarah Compton Wins WI Milken Award

Wisconsin Superintendent of Public Instruction Carolyn Stanford Taylor is touring schools around her state. Today she's visiting Northside Elementary for an all-school assembly ... but there's a special reason for her visit, and it involves a huge surprise for one Northside teacher! Greg Gallagher, senior program director for the Milken Family Foundation, names fifth-grade teacher Sarah Compton the recipient of Wisconsin's 2018-19 Milken Educator Award, changing the teacher's career forever.
