Dr. Jane Foley, senior vice president of the Milken Educator Awards, enjoys the unbridled enthusiasm of the Van Derveer community. Lindsay Frevert's notification today marks the three hundredth time Foley has surprised an outstanding teacher or principal with the Milken Educator Award and $25,000.
