Colleagues and guests line up to congratulate math teacher Lauren Anne Wilson on winning a 2015-16 Milken Educator Award for Virginia. Wilson is a leader among her peers at Hylton High and throughout the district. She serves as the school's lead teacher mentor, meeting regularly with her mentees to offer constructive feedback and running monthly meetings designed to provide continuous support to teachers.
