The unexpected guest is Dr. Jane Foley, senior vice president of the Milken Educator Awards, who tells the assembly that teachers have the most important job in our society: preparing young people for bright futures. More than 30 years ago, the Milken Family Foundation created a national honor to recognize outstanding educators. And this year, one of those exceptional teachers is right here at Cash Elementary!
