Dr. Colleen O'Neil, an executive director of the Colorado Department of Education, says this is the fourth year Elkhart Elementary has achieved high growth in both literacy and math. "Thank you for making such an incredible difference for Aurora and Colorado," she says to Elkhart's students and staff.
