Pennsylvania Secretary of Education Pedro A. Rivera congratulates Milken Educator Award winner Anthony Angelini as Dr. Jane Foley, senior vice president of the Milken Educator Awards, and veteran Milken Educators look on proudly. Angelini is a change agent for both his school and the district: He serves as New Oxford Middle School's social studies department curriculum leader, mentors new teachers, integrates state literacy standards into the history curriculum, and works to expand use of technology in the classroom as part of the school improvement team.
