An ecstatic Kendra Borden thanks the Milken Family Foundation and the students, faculty and distinguished guests gathered at Samuel Slater Junior High for her 2015-16 Milken Educator Award as Milken Educator Awards Senior Vice President Dr. Jane Foley holds the microphone.
