Ryan Williams likes to base his lessons on students' interests, but sometimes the lesson itself can inspire the interest. So when it came time for Ryan to receive his Milken Educator pin, he and his colleagues involved the entire A Honor Roll at Mary Lee Cravens Elementary. Seeing the recognition for a great educator just may inspire some of these bright students to follow in Ryan's footsteps—and that's what the Milken Educator Awards are all about.
