Linda McAlexander (CA '99) died April 18, 2011, at the age of 65. Alexander taught performing arts for 20 years at Computech Middle School in Fresno, CA, where she produced top-notch musicals and Renaissance fairs graced by her hand-sewn costumes. In addition to her Milken Award, she was recognized with a Christa McAuliffe Fellowship. McAlexander taught a love of animals to all generations as a Fresno Zoo docent, appearing for years as the Zoo Lady on local television.
