It's a big morning at Brick Township Memorial High School: New Jersey Department of Education Commissioner Kimberley Harrington is talking about college and career readiness at a schoolwide assembly. But there's another reason for her visit, and it involves a special guest from across the country. Harrington introduces Dr. Jane Foley, senior vice president of the Milken Educator Awards, who surprises chemistry teacher Maria DeBruin with a 2017-18 New Jersey Milken Educator Award and $25,000.
