Watch as Florida Department of Education Division of Public Schools Chancellor Jacob Oliva and Greg Gallagher, senior program director for the Milken Family Foundation, name math teacher Kristen Musgrove Florida's 2019-20 Milken Educator and present her with a $25,000 cash prize.
