Then, National Institute for Excellence in Teaching Chief Executive Officer Dr. Joshua Barnett, representing Milken Family Foundation, takes the microphone and surprises seventh through 12th grade Dean of Academics Jaime Garcia with a $25,000 Milken Educator Award!
