Students and staff are welcoming Idaho Superintendent of Public Instruction Debbie Critchfield for a special assembly celebrating the school's innovation. When Milken Educator Awards Vice President Stephanie Bishop takes the microphone, everyone realizes a huge surprise is in store for one dedicated educator. Principal Heather Efaw becomes a $25,000 Milken Award winner, receiving a cash prize she can use however she likes. Congratulations!
