Cohn Elementary has made great strides in student achievement, and Louisiana Superintendent of Education Dr. Cade Brumley is visiting to celebrate their accomplishments. So why is Superintendent Brumley introducing a special guest from California? Watch as Lowell Milken, founder of the Milken Educator Awards, names fifth grade science teacher Dereka Duncan a Louisiana Milken Educator and presents her with $25,000.
