Brooke Bailey Joins WV Milken Educators

MULLENS, WEST VIRGINIA—This morning, an ordinary assembly turned into an incredible surprise for one outstanding educator at Mullens Elementary School. With West Virginia State Superintendent of Schools Michele L. Blatt on hand, Stephanie Bishop, vice president of the Milken Educator Awards, presents third and fourth grade math teacher Brooke Bailey with a 2025-26 Milken Educator Award and $25,000. It's a surprise Mullens Elementary School will never forget!
