Congratulations to Pennsylvania’s 2012 Milken Educator Jennifer Hoffner-Turkowski of University Park Elementary School in Monroeville! The first-rate first grade teacher experienced the shock of a lifetime when she was presented with a $25,000 Milken Educator Award at an all-school assembly.
