Engage Carolinas Conference 

Charlotte, NC 

March 14, 2026 

The 3rd Annual Engage Carolinas conference attracted educators from four states, three universities, the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction, eight North Carolina counties and six South Carolina counties. Milken Educators inspired the attendees with sessions on classroom engagement, creating and maintaining positive school culture, science and STEM, effectively using data, being an effective administrator and how to bring joy to the classroom. This free conference was created, marketed and implemented by the team of North Carolina and South Carolina Milken Educators.
