Principal Jill Ridder Joins Iowa Milken Educators

 

 

Principal Jill Ridder takes in her life-changing day. Ridder is a dedicated educator and principal who leads Woodbine Elementary with a deep commitment to teacher leadership and student-centered learning. Drawing on her experience as a classroom teacher and interventionist, she has helped more than 75% of students achieve at least a year of growth in reading or math through personalized, competency-based education. Ridder leads with collaboration, innovation, and an unwavering belief in every student’s potential.
