STEAM Teacher Jayda Pugliese Wins PA Milken Educator Award

Pennsylvania Secretary of Education Pedro A. Rivera greets the assembly at Jackson Elementary, telling them that his car got stuck in traffic and he had to run the last few blocks to make it to the school on time. Then Rivera introduces a surprise guest: Lowell Milken, chairman and co-founder of the Milken Family Foundation.
