Milken Educator Awards Senior Vice President Dr. Jane Foley asks students to hold up cards representing the amount of the Milken Educator Award's cash prize. When Illinois State Superintendent Dr. Tony Sanders brings in a third zero, everyone gets excited: that makes $25,000!
