OK Principal Aubrey Flowers Wins in Tulsa

Students at Council Oak Elementary have an excellent attendance record, and Oklahoma Superintendent of Public Instruction Joy Hofmeister is here to congratulate them. But there's another reason for the assembly, and it involves a huge surprise for one outstanding educator! When Superintendent Hofmeister and Milken Educator Awards Senior Program Director Greg Gallagher present Principal Aubrey Flowers with the Award and $25,000, the assembly quickly becomes an event everyone will remember.
