First-grade teacher Manny Zaldivar can't believe his ears: Did Dr. Jane Foley, senior vice president of the Milken Educator Awards, really just call his name? Yes, it's true: Zaldivar has won Connecticut's 2016-17 Milken Educator Award and $25,000!
