Pender Makin (ME '01) Named Maine Principal of the Year

The Maine Principal’s Association has named Pender Makin the high school Principal of the Year for 2013–14. In presenting the award to Makin, described as a “kid whisperer,” an Association official noted, “She has a reputation for working miracles.”
