  • I'm devastated to learn that Gaylor has died. She was one of the first to receive the Milken Award; I met her when I received my award in 1992. Many of us from Illinois shared good times, especially at the Milken and/or state conferences. (when both were in vogue). She had an indomitable spirit and an infectious personality. My only regret is that I lost contact with her ~ and a few good others. Patricia Walker

  • Mrs. Garner was a phenomenal teacher that set the tone for many foundations. I am forever indebted to her passion for teaching and the time she spent with me and my family in and out of class.
