Surprise, Principal Timothy Thomas: You’re an AZ Milken Educator!

STEM is the star at today's assembly at Rogers Ranch School, with Arizona Superintendent of Public Instruction Diane Douglas and Laveen Elementary School District Superintendent Dr. Bill Johnson on hand to congratulate the school on its unique science, technology, engineering and math initiatives. But not even Rogers Ranch Principal Timothy Thomas knows the real reason for the all-school meeting: Milken Family Foundation Chairman and Co-Founder Lowell Milken has come to surprise Thomas with Arizona's 2016-17 Milken Educator Award and $25,000!
