But not even Rogers Ranch Principal Timothy Thomas knows the real reason for the all-school meeting: Milken Family Foundation Chairman and Co-Founder Lowell Milken has come to surprise Thomas with Arizona's 2016-17 Milken Educator Award and $25,000!
