Third-grade math and science teacher Tiffany Tynes Curry enjoys a quiet moment after the excitement of her surprise Milken Educator Awards notification. Tynes Curry holds all her students to high standards, regardless of their circumstances: "My students know that what I mean is what I say, meaning I will support you [and] do anything possible to help you achieve and reach your goal," she told The Columbus Dispatch after the assembly.
