Dr. Colleen O’Neil, associate commissioner of educator talent for the Colorado Department of Education, is visiting Needham Elementary to discuss the qualities of successful graduates. But then Dr. O'Neil introduces Lowell Milken, founder of the Milken Educator Awards, who surprises fifth grade math teacher Tiffany Miera with Colorado's Milken Award and $25,000!
