The MD Milken Award Goes to ... Thomas Dennison!

Havre de Grace Elementary School Principal Ronald Wooden congratulates Thomas Dennison, winner of Maryland's 2016-17 Milken Educator Award and $25,000, as Milken Family Foundation Co-Founder Mike Milken looks on with pride. Dennison has taught several grades at the Title I pre-K-5 school over nearly a decade and a half. "I am extremely proud of Mr. Dennison," Wooden says. "I believe that he's worked extremely hard over the last 14 years to change the lives of young people."
