But wait ... an unexpected guest has brought another reason to celebrate! Dr. Jane Foley, senior vice president of the Milken Educator Awards, surprises fifth-grade science and math teacher Stephanie Whetstone with the district's first Milken Award and $25,000. It's a day everyone in West Feliciana Parish will remember.
